Cash on delivery available for UAE only.


How to exchange/return?

Exchange and return are valid for local (Within UAE) purchase only. The product can be exchange through our store located at Al Wasl Road Jumeirah Dubai. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defected product at customercare@collagefashions.com or calling us at 00971 56 9488648 within 3 days of purchase. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange or Credit Note with the same price value product.


What if I want to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. COLLAGE may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. Pre-order product(s) are not eligible for any cancellation or refund


Can I get a refund on my order after it has been shipped?

We have no refund policy for our local and international shipments, If you are based in UAE you can return the purchase at our store located at Al Wasl Road Jumeirah Dubai. The credit note will be issued against the order subject to the approval
