Local Shipment Within UAE:

Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call/WhatsApp from our team to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our store. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any reason. Your order should be delivered within 04 – 06 weeks via ARAMEX.

 

International Shipment Outside UAE:

We ship International shipments through ARAMEX only.

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Also, please ensure to check the duty charges (if any) of your shipment as the duty charges will be payable to the courier company at the time of the delivery.

Estimate your shipping charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart. Your order is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Once your order has been approved and authorized by credit card processors, it will be sent to our store. If the item(s) on your order are in stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible from our store.

Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, customs delay, and the transit time from ARAMEX.

Estimated delivery time ranges from 05-07 weeks.

Please note that customs duties and clearance charges must be fulfilled by the customer.

We have no retun/exchange policy for any shipment.

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. Credit Note will be issued against the exchange product(s) which will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defective product at info@collagefashions.com or calling us at 00971 56 9488648 within 3 days of purchase. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange or Credit Note with the same price value product.

Visa/Master

5% VAT will be applicable on all product(s) as per UAE Law.

Shipping & Returns

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. Credit Note will be issued against the exchange product(s) which will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed or within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy will apply. COLLAGE may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
